Returns & Exchanges Policy

Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, final sale items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customer Responsibility

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

Condition Verification: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If they do not meet the above requirements, the return will be declined and the item(s) sent back at the customer’s expense.

Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, color choice, or product selection made at checkout.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus original shipping fees). Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges: Exchanges are processed as a new order once your return is received and approved. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on the replacement item.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly make it right at no extra cost to you.
